Services
We provide a range of services, including DevOps, web design, and development, all designed to help clients achieve their business goals, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Clients may use our services for their own business purposes, with a maximum of 5 users per account
- Clients may not resell or redistribute our services without prior written consent, with a minimum of 30 days' notice
- Clients are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of their own systems and data, with regular backups and updates
- Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services, with a focus on data protection and privacy
Payment
Clients must pay all fees due for our services, with payment terms of 30 days, and a late payment fee of 2% per month
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not made on time, with a minimum of 14 days' notice
Intellectual Property
We retain all intellectual property rights in our services and materials, with clients granted a non-exclusive license to use
Warranties
We provide no warranties, express or implied, regarding our services, with clients assuming all risk
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any damages or losses is limited to the amount paid by the client for our services, with a maximum of $10,000
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, with disputes resolved through arbitration
Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between us and our clients, with no other terms or conditions applicable
